Mark III performed the plumbing scope for the ground-up construction of Elk Grove High School’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) culinary facility. This state-of-the-art kitchen facility included one demonstration kitchen and eight commercial kitchen stations for students as well as six baking stations in a separate baking classroom.
Mark III’s plumbing scope included underground waste, AG DWV, domestic water, and gas, along with the installation of all finish and final hookups to the kitchen equipment. All gas piping, hangers, OH DWV, domestic water, and condensates were modeled by our VDC department and fabricated at Mark III’s MEP manufacturing facility.
